Cookie policy
Last updated: June 2026
OddsMetrica uses a small number of cookies to keep the site working, understand how people use it, and track affiliate referrals for commission attribution. This page explains exactly what each category does, how long cookies persist, and how to opt out.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a site. They let us remember preferences, measure traffic, and attribute clicks to the correct referral source. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can change that at any time.
Essential cookies
These cookies are required for the site to function. They do not track you across other sites and cannot be turned off.
- Session state: keeps basic site state consistent across page loads (e.g. navigation state). Session-duration only; deleted when you close the browser.
Analytics cookies
We use analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns: which pages are popular, where visitors come from, and how long sessions last. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics by default.
- Analytics provider cookies: set by our analytics tool on page load. Typically persist for up to 13 months, depending on provider settings.
To opt out of analytics cookies, use your browser's cookie settings (see "How to opt out" below) or install the analytics provider's opt-out add-on if one is available.
Affiliate tracking cookies (Keitaro)
When you click an operator link (e.g. a "Visit site" or "Claim offer" button), you pass through our tracking platform, Keitaro, hosted at trk.oddsmetrica.com. Keitaro sets a cookie to record the referral so we can receive commission if you sign up with the operator.
- Purpose: commission attribution for affiliate referrals.
- What is stored: a unique click ID, the operator you clicked on, the time of click, and your IP address (used for fraud prevention).
- Retention: typically 30 to 90 days, depending on the operator's attribution window.
- Who sets it: OddsMetrica via Keitaro (trk.oddsmetrica.com). The operator may also set their own tracking cookies independently once you land on their site.
These cookies are commercial but not deceptive. We disclose them here and in our Affiliate Disclosure. Clicking an operator link and being tracked does not cost you anything.
Third-party cookies
Operator sites you visit through our links may set their own cookies independently. We have no control over those cookies once you leave oddsmetrica.com. Check each operator's own cookie or privacy policy for details.
How to opt out
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Cookies and site data
Blocking all cookies will not break the static content on OddsMetrica, but affiliate click tracking will not work if Keitaro cookies are blocked.
Changes to this policy
If we add new tracking tools or change how cookies are used, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date. For questions, email [email protected].
For the broader picture on how we handle your data, see the Privacy Policy.
